4. What We Will Do

After receiving a complete and reasonable IP complaint, Montefurniture may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Temporarily remove or disable the product/listing/image;
  • Contact our supplier or content source to verify authorization;
  • Ask the complainant or supplier for more documents;
  • Keep the listing offline if authorization cannot be confirmed;
  • In repeated or obvious cases, stop listing the related products.

This notice-and-takedown process aligns with what most e-commerce platforms and payment providers (including PayPal and card processors) expect merchants to have in place.

5. If You Think the Removal Was a Mistake

If your product or image was removed because of an IP complaint, but you have valid rights or licenses, you can email us at hello@montefurniture.com with your proof (authorization, license, original file, etc.). We will review it and, if justified, restore the content.

6. Repeat or High-Risk Infringement

To comply with e-commerce and payment-risk requirements, Montefurniture may refuse to list or may remove products that are repeatedly reported for infringement, or products that clearly copy a well-known brand or protected design.

7. Disclaimer

We do our best to use lawful, authorized materials, but information from suppliers or manufacturers may not always be complete. We will correct or remove it once notified.
