How to make a warranty
- Please contact us at hello@montefurniture.com.
- Include your order number, clear photos or a short video of the issue, and a brief description.
- Keep all packaging and parts until we advise next steps.
Safety
We design with children in mind and recommend the following to ensure safe use at home.
Materials & finishes
- Solid wood where possible; edges eased or rounded.
- Smooth surfaces with water-based, child-safe finishes.
- Hardware chosen for strength and repeat assembly.
Use & supervision
- Always assemble exactly as instructed and check tightness of screws/bolts monthly (more often with heavy use).
- Place products on a flat, stable surface away from stairs, heaters, windows, and cords.
- Adult supervision is required whenever a child is using elevated products (e.g., learning towers).
- Follow age and weight guidance on each product page. Never let a child climb, jump, or play under furniture.
Tip-over prevention
- Use bookshelves and taller units on level floors.
- If an anti-tip kit is included, install it and anchor to a suitable wall stud or anchor.
- Store heavier items on lower shelves.
Care & maintenance
- Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth; dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives.
- Do not expose wood to standing water or high heat.
- Stop use if any part is loose, cracked, or missing—contact hello@montefurniture.com for replacement parts.
