Montefurniture is a customer-facing brand operated by Guangzhou Zhuozhitianda Network Technology Service Co., Ltd. We aim to provide a clear, secure, and straightforward checkout experience.
The payment methods available for a specific order are the options displayed during checkout. Availability may vary depending on the customer’s device, location, order value, payment-provider eligibility, and other checkout conditions.

Payment availability may vary depending on the customer’s device, browser, location, order value, payment-provider eligibility, and other checkout conditions. The payment options displayed at checkout are the methods available for that specific order.
Currency and Import-Related Charges
All transactions completed through the Montefurniture checkout are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Montefurniture covers the applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and related import-processing costs associated with eligible orders shipped to the United States. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or similar import-related charges upon delivery.
The product price, available discounts, and final amount collected by Montefurniture will be displayed before payment is completed.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency-conversion, international-transaction, or other processing fees under its own terms. These third-party fees are not charged or controlled by Montefurniture.
Payment Security
Our store is hosted on Shopify, a PCI-DSS compliant e-commerce platform. Payment information is transmitted using industry-standard encryption and is processed securely by Shopify and authorized payment service providers.
Montefurniture does not directly access or store complete payment card numbers on its local systems.
Payment Authorization and Declined Payments
When an order is submitted, the applicable payment provider may authorize or process the amount shown at checkout.
A payment may be declined because of incorrect card details, an expired card, an invalid security code, insufficient funds, a billing-address mismatch, fraud-prevention controls, or restrictions imposed by the bank or payment provider.
If a payment is declined, please verify the information entered at checkout or contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.
Refunds and Cancellations
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Montefurniture generally processes an approved refund within 2–3 business days, but the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Installment-payment refunds are also returned through the original provider and remain subject to that provider’s processing procedures.
