All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
This processing period includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch preparation.

Final Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after the shipment is received by the local carrier in the U.S.

We’re sorry, but expedited shipping is not currently available.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
Shipping is not available to: Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by invalid addresses, port congestion, customs clearance, weather, or carrier-related delays.

2. About Tax
All product prices are tax-inclusive. No additional taxes will be charged.
3. Tracking
Tracking information is usually provided after the shipment arrives at the U.S. port and is collected by the local delivery carrier. At that stage, the tracking number will be added to your order details and tracking updates will become available.
If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Deliveries are typically made to your front door or building entrance based on the shipping address provided.
4. Delivery Delays
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@montefurniture.com. We will immediately follow up with the shipping carrier and keep you updated.
5. Order Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation before the order enters the ocean transit process.
We typically review and confirm orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. This is the first step of our 3–7 business day order processing period.
During the order review, preparation, quality check, packaging, and dispatch preparation stage, we may still be able to cancel the order if it has not yet entered ocean transit.
Once an order has entered the ocean transit process, it can no longer be canceled. At that stage, the shipment has already been transferred to international logistics and cannot be retrieved or stopped.
