Is it sturdy and safe for climbing and rocking?
It is built from birch multi-layer plywood with a stable layered structure, smooth rungs, and rounded edges. The Clear Varnished option adds a water-based protective coating. Place the rocker on a stable indoor surface, check that all hardware is secure before use, and actively supervise children during climbing and rocking.
How much space does it need?
The assembled rocker measures 39.4 inches long × 19.7 inches wide × 19.7 inches high. Measure the intended play area before ordering and leave comfortable clearance around it for climbing and rocking. When active play is over, it can remain useful as a cushioned lounger, reading nook, tunnel, or activity-table setup rather than functioning only as a climber.
What is included, and does it require assembly?
Your order includes the rocker and climbing arch, one fabric-covered foam cushion in your selected color, assembly hardware, and instructions. Home assembly is required. The matching wooden stool is included only when selected as an add-on. Decorative pillows, toys, lamps, and other styling accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within approximately 16–24 business days under normal conditions. This includes 3–7 business days for order processing, approximately two weeks for ocean transit, 3–5 business days for port handling and local carrier pickup, and another 3–7 business days for final delivery after the package is scanned by the U.S. carrier. Tracking information is emailed once the local carrier receives and scans the package.
What if the order arrives damaged, has a missing part, or is not the right fit?
Contact us with your order number and photos if the item arrives damaged or a part is missing, and our team will help with the next step. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days, and covered products include a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects and parts missing upon arrival.
