Montefurniture pieces are designed to be child-scaled, but the best fit depends on both your child’s reach and your room layout. Our size guidance helps you match width, depth, and height to your space, and for taller units we recommend anchoring where appropriate. Is it sturdy and safe enough for everyday use?
Yes — our furniture is designed for real family life, with rounded or eased edges, smooth water-based child-safe finishes, and hardware chosen for strength and repeat assembly. Many product pages also emphasize stability checks before shipping, and for taller units we recommend proper anti-tip installation and placing heavier items on lower shelves. For elevated products like toddler towers, active adult supervision is always recommended.
Why does Montefurniture cost more than cheaper alternatives?
We’re not built to be the cheapest option. We focus on better everyday use: solid wood where possible, premium plywood on selected designs, low-VOC child-friendly finishes, rounded edges, and structures designed for daily family life rather than short-term use. Many pieces are also modular or grow-with-child designs, so they stay useful longer as your child and routines change.
Is assembly difficult?
Most pieces are designed for straightforward home assembly with included hardware, labeled parts, and clear instructions. Video guidance or PDF instructions are available from the product page, and for taller units the anti-tip setup should be completed as part of the installation. If you need help during setup, our team can guide you.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in about 4 weeks from the time your order is placed. This includes 3–7 business days for order processing and quality checks, about 2 weeks for ocean transit, and 3–7 business days for final delivery after the package is received by the U.S. local carrier. Shipping is free on all orders, and tracking updates will be provided once your order is on the way.
What if something arrives damaged, missing, or just isn’t the right fit?
If anything arrives damaged or a part is missing, contact us with your order number and photos and we’ll help with the next step quickly. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days, and covered products include a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects and missing parts discovered out of the box. We also keep replacement parts for common components, so support doesn’t stop after delivery.
